Before or during the service, we may inspect the product, device, system, network, or installation location to determine the required work.

Additional parts, products, repairs, labour, or services may be required depending on the actual condition and technical requirements.

Where additional charges are applicable, they may be communicated to the customer before proceeding with additional work, wherever reasonably possible.

12. Service and Installation Charges

Charges for completed or performed services and installations are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Computer servicing charges
• Printer servicing charges
• CCTV installation charges
• CCTV configuration charges
• Networking installation and configuration charges
• On-site technical support charges
• Inspection and site visit charges
• Labour charges
• Installation and configuration charges

Once a service or installation has been performed or completed, the applicable service charge will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing by SAANVI COMPIFY.

If an issue occurs due to an error directly attributable to SAANVI COMPIFY, we may provide corrective service or another appropriate resolution, subject to applicable service terms.

13. Customer Responsibilities During Service

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the service location.
• Ensuring necessary permissions are available for installation or service work.
• Backing up important data before handing over a computer, laptop, storage device, printer, or other device for servicing.

• Maintaining the security of their own accounts and credentials.

SAANVI COMPIFY is not responsible for data loss arising from pre-existing hardware, software, storage, virus, malware, system, or other technical issues, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Customers are strongly advised to maintain a backup of important data before any repair, servicing, formatting, software installation, or technical work.

14. CCTV and Networking Services

For CCTV and networking installations:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority and necessary permissions for installation at the relevant premises.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of CCTV systems complies with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
• Internet connectivity, network speed, power supply, Wi-Fi coverage, and third-party applications may affect the performance of CCTV and networking systems.
• SAANVI COMPIFY is not responsible for failures caused by internet outages, power failures, third-party service interruptions, customer-side network changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and access credentials after installation or handover.

15. Data Backup and Software

Before submitting any device for servicing, customers should back up important files, documents, photographs, software data, and other information.

Technical work may sometimes require troubleshooting, repair, replacement of components, operating system installation, software installation, formatting, or other actions that may affect stored data.

While we take reasonable care during servicing, SAANVI COMPIFY cannot guarantee the preservation or recovery of all data.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate backups before requesting service.
