Warranty Policy

Last Updated: 24 August 2026

SAANVI COMPIFY is committed to providing reliable products and technical services to our customers. This Warranty Policy explains the general warranty terms applicable to products purchased from SAANVI COMPIFY and services provided by us.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, product category, and type of service.

1. Product Warranty

Products sold by SAANVI COMPIFY may carry:

  • Manufacturer Warranty
  • Seller Warranty
  • SAANVI COMPIFY Warranty
  • No Warranty

The applicable warranty period and warranty provider may vary from product to product.

Customers should check the product page, invoice, warranty card, product documentation, or order information for the specific warranty applicable to the purchased product.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will govern the warranty claim.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered by manufacturer warranty, the customer may be required to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service centre.

Where reasonably possible, SAANVI COMPIFY may assist customers with warranty-related communication or service coordination.

However, the final approval of a manufacturer warranty claim is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and inspection.

SAANVI COMPIFY does not guarantee that every warranty claim will be accepted by the manufacturer.

3. SAANVI COMPIFY Warranty

Where a product or service is specifically stated to carry a warranty from SAANVI COMPIFY, the warranty period and coverage will be as mentioned on the product page, invoice, quotation, service receipt, or other applicable documentation.

The warranty applies only to the specific product, component, or service covered by the stated warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, customers should contact SAANVI COMPIFY using the official contact details provided on our website.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product name/model
  • Serial number, where applicable
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the problem
  • Photographs or videos of the issue, where applicable
  • Warranty card or other warranty documentation, where applicable

We may inspect or test the product before determining the appropriate warranty resolution.

5. Warranty Resolution

Depending on the product and applicable warranty terms, an approved warranty claim may be resolved through:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of defective component
  • Replacement of the product
  • Manufacturer service
  • Other appropriate warranty support

The resolution will depend on the applicable warranty terms, product availability, technical assessment, and manufacturer’s decision where manufacturer warranty applies.

A replacement product may be the same model or an equivalent model where the original model is unavailable, subject to applicable warranty terms.

6. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Physical damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper use
  • Negligence
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Tampering with the product
  • Broken or removed security seals
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Fire or electrical damage
  • Power surge or voltage fluctuation
  • Lightning or other electrical events
  • Rodent, insect, pest, or environmental damage
  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories or components
  • Virus, malware, or software-related problems
  • Operating system or third-party software issues
  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable items, unless specifically covered
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized servicing
  • Any other exclusion specified by the manufacturer or applicable warranty terms

7. Software and Data

Warranty generally covers the hardware/product or service specifically covered by the applicable warranty.

Warranty does not normally cover:

  • Data recovery
  • Lost files or documents
  • Software licenses
  • Third-party software
  • Virus or malware removal
  • Operating system problems
  • Data corruption caused by software or hardware failure

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

SAANVI COMPIFY strongly recommends taking a complete backup before submitting any computer, laptop, storage device, printer, DVR/NVR, or other device for repair or warranty service.

8. Computer and Printer Warranty

For computers, laptops, printers, components, and accessories, warranty coverage may vary by component.

For example, individual components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, power supply, printer parts, cartridges, adapters, cables, or other accessories may have different warranty periods or warranty conditions.

The warranty applicable to the specific product/component will be determined by the product documentation, invoice, manufacturer warranty, or warranty information provided at the time of purchase.

9. CCTV Warranty

For CCTV products such as cameras, DVR/NVR, storage devices, power supplies, connectors, cables, and other equipment, warranty coverage will depend on the specific product and manufacturer.

CCTV warranty generally does not cover:

  • Physical damage to cameras or equipment
  • Water/moisture damage where the product is not rated for such exposure
  • Power surge or electrical damage
  • Damage caused by improper installation by an unauthorized person
  • Damage caused by network/internet issues
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification
  • Loss or corruption of recorded footage
  • Password/access issues caused by customer-side changes

Installation charges are separate from product warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.

10. Networking Equipment Warranty

Networking equipment such as routers, switches, access points, network adapters, and other networking devices may carry manufacturer or seller warranty as specified for the individual product.

Warranty generally does not cover failures caused by:

  • Power fluctuations or electrical damage
  • Physical damage
  • Incorrect configuration by unauthorized persons
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Network/internet service provider issues
  • Damage caused by environmental conditions
  • Improper installation or use

11. Service Warranty

Where SAANVI COMPIFY provides a specific service warranty for repair or servicing, the applicable warranty period and coverage will be communicated to the customer through the invoice, service receipt, quotation, or other applicable documentation.

Service warranty generally applies only to the specific repair or service performed.

A service warranty does not automatically cover:

  • New faults unrelated to the previous repair
  • New component failures
  • Physical damage
  • Customer misuse
  • Electrical damage
  • Software problems unrelated to the original service
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification

12. Installation Warranty

Where an installation warranty is specifically provided by SAANVI COMPIFY, it generally covers defects arising directly from the installation work performed by SAANVI COMPIFY during the stated warranty period.

Installation warranty does not normally cover:

  • Customer-side modifications
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Power supply problems
  • Internet/network failures
  • Physical damage
  • Environmental damage
  • Equipment failure unrelated to the installation work
  • Damage caused by unauthorized changes or repairs

13. Service and Installation Charges

Service and installation charges are non-refundable once the service or installation has been performed or completed.

If a covered service or installation issue occurs during the applicable warranty period and the issue is attributable to SAANVI COMPIFY’s workmanship, we may provide corrective service subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty service does not mean that the original service or installation charge will be refunded.

14. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date specified on the applicable invoice, warranty document, manufacturer warranty, or other purchase/service documentation.

If the product is replaced under warranty, the warranty period will be determined according to the manufacturer’s or applicable warranty terms.

Warranty periods may not be extended merely because a product has been submitted for inspection or repair unless specifically provided by the applicable warranty terms.

15. Warranty Inspection

SAANVI COMPIFY and/or the relevant manufacturer or authorized service provider may inspect, test, diagnose, or evaluate the product before approving a warranty claim.

If the reported issue is not covered by warranty, the customer may be informed about applicable repair or service charges before additional work is undertaken, where reasonably possible.

16. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty may become void where applicable if:

  • The product is opened or repaired by an unauthorized person.
  • Manufacturer/security seals are broken or tampered with.
  • Serial numbers or identification labels are removed or altered.
  • The product is modified without authorization.
  • The product has been used contrary to manufacturer instructions.
  • The product has suffered physical, liquid, electrical, or accidental damage.
  • Unauthorized parts or components have been installed where they cause or contribute to the failure.

17. Warranty Shipping / Transportation

Where a product needs to be sent to a manufacturer or service centre, transportation or shipping arrangements may depend on the applicable manufacturer/seller warranty terms.

If any shipping or transportation cost is applicable for an out-of-warranty service or other non-covered issue, the customer may be responsible for such cost.

For an approved warranty claim handled directly by SAANVI COMPIFY, the applicable transportation arrangement will be communicated to the customer.

18. No Warranty on Consumables

Unless specifically stated otherwise, consumable items may not carry warranty.

Examples may include:

  • Printer ink
  • Toner
  • Certain batteries
  • Cables
  • Connectors
  • Cleaning materials
  • Other consumable items

The applicable product page, invoice, or manufacturer warranty terms will determine whether a particular item carries warranty.

19. Warranty Does Not Affect Legal Rights

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights, warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory remedy, such rights will continue to apply.
